Registered Manager – Children’s Home
Wirral – CH44

Salary: Up to £54,000 + Bonuses + On-Call Payments

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation, who already have multiple Ofsted registered Children’s Residential Homes, who strive on growing staff in-house.

About the Organisation

  • A well-established provider with 16 children’s residential homes
  • Recently promoted two Registered Managers into Responsible Individual roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to internal progression
  • A growing organisation, with plans to open an additional 4–6 homes in the near future

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and leading a high-quality children’s home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the setup, registration, and launch of the home
  • Recruiting, developing, and managing your own staff team
  • Ensuring high standards of care and full regulatory compliance
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or currently working towards)
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
