An established provider of complex care is looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse to join its team across Greater Manchester.

This is an opportunity for a clinically strong and experienced professional to take responsibility for supporting the safe and effective delivery of complex care packages, while providing guidance and support to the wider care team.

The role would suit someone who enjoys combining clinical leadership with hands-on involvement, and who is confident working with clients, families, care teams and other healthcare professionals.

Previous experience within complex care, homecare, domiciliary care or community nursing would be highly relevant.

The Clinical Lead role:

• Provide clinical oversight across a portfolio of complex care packages

• Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk and care planning

You will need to have:

• Previous experience working within children's residential care, at least 2+ years

• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
• Experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
