The Clinical Lead Role:

• Providing clinical oversight and leadership across complex care packages

• Ensuring clinical governance and compliance standards are maintained
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

The Clinical Lead Candidate:

• RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience working within a homecare setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
• Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester

Salary: £50,000 PA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (additional hours may be required to meet the needs of the service)

Team Leader - Children's Residential

Location: Leyland PR26

Salary: £29,600 plus additional £50 per sleep in (approx. 10 per month)

Shift pattern: Full-time 40 Hours per week average - Shift pattern to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins and lone working. 2 on 4 off shift pattern.

Duties: Team Leader - Children's Residential

• To assist the Registered Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day operation of the settled care home and provide regular cover if required at other homes. 
• To ensure the physical, emotional and other needs of children / young people are provided within a supportive, homely, professional and caring environment
• To work within Government Guidance; Ofsted regulations, Local Authority guidance and the Association’s policies and procedures in order to meet the Quality Standards, and meet the needs and achieve good outcomes for the young people in the homes.
• To achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding for the home.
• To support the development of an organisational culture that puts our core values at the centre of all we do.

Experience Required: Team Leader - Children's Residential

• Experience of working with young people aged 11 – 18 in a residential social care setting
• At least Level 3 children’s social care / youth related qualification and willingness to undertake further training and development
• Experience of dealing with stressful, difficult and challenging situations appropriately and supporting staff in such situations
• Knowledge of relevant Child Care Legislation, Government Guidance and Best Practice
• Experience of working effectively in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Child Safeguarding Policies and Procedures
• Understanding of strategies for managing challenging behaviour (inc. de-escalation procedures)
• Ability to assist the Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the management of the home including allocation of duties and responsibilities, recruitment, staff deployment, day to day supervision and managing performance.

The Role:
