Learning Disability | Residential

Salary £34,000 - £40,000 + bonus

Bradford, West Yorkshire  

 

The Registered Manager Role Overview:  

 

We are proud to be supporting an outstanding, values-led care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager, for a small residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities in Bradford.   This is a service with an Outstanding CQC rating, a strong and experienced staff team, excellent leadership support, and a genuine focus on doing the right thing for people, not just ticking boxes.  

 

As Registered Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a modern, homely residential service. You’ll lead a committed staff team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure the service continues to deliver truly person-centred support.   This is a hands-on, visible leadership role, and is ideal for a manager who enjoys being close to the service and making a real difference.

The Registered Manager Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within Learning Disability residential care
  • Excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • A genuine passion for person-centred care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with staff, families and professionals

 

The Registered Manager Package:

  • Salary £34,000 – £40,000, depending on experience

The Registered Manager Interview Process:

Stage one – Informal with Regional Manager

Stage two – Face to face interview on-site
