Salary £34,000 - £40,000 + bonus

The Registered Manager Role Overview:  

We are proud to be supporting an outstanding, values-led care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager, for a small residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities in Bradford.   This is a service with an Outstanding CQC rating, a strong and experienced staff team, excellent leadership support, and a genuine focus on doing the right thing for people, not just ticking boxes.  

As Registered Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a modern, homely residential service. You’ll lead a committed staff team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure the service continues to deliver truly person-centred support.   This is a hands-on, visible leadership role, and is ideal for a manager who enjoys being close to the service and making a real difference.

The Registered Manager Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within Learning Disability residential care
• Excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• A genuine passion for person-centred care
• Strong leadership and communication skills with staff, families and professionals

The Registered Manager Package:

• Salary £34,000 – £40,000, depending on experience

The Registered Manager Interview Process:

Stage one – Informal with Regional Manager

Stage two – Face to face interview on-site

Are you an experienced Care Coordinator looking for a new challenge?  Do you have a passion for ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own home?    On behalf of an established, quality homecare and complex care provider, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator, working with the Registered Manager of the service to organise the running of the service and produce work schedules for the team of Care Workers, in the Burnley area.

The Care Coordinator Role:  

As Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring care packages run smoothly and clients receive safe, high-quality care.  This is a fast-paced, rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys juggling priorities and problem-solving.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating care packages and managing rotas
• Liaising with care staff, clients, and families
• Handling day-to-day scheduling and cover
• Supporting compliance and care delivery standards
• Responding to changes and emergencies efficiently  

The Care Coordinator Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or scheduling role (homecare experience essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using care management systems
• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care  

The Care Coordinator Package:

• Salary of £25,000
